Regular Woodford finished nine more months in a heavily toasted, lightly charred barrel, and the oak really shines. Toasted marshmallow, maple syrup and brioche, then spiced dark fruit, tobacco leaf and burnt toffee with a richer mouthfeel than the ABV suggests. Excellent in cocktails, neat or on the rocks.
