Whiskyland Chapter Twenty Three is a 1991 Laphroaig, matured for 34 years in a refill hogshead and bottled at natural cask strength. It can presently be viewed in gallery 9 of the Museum of Whiskyland. It was created with distillate on refill wood and is an exceptional example of the power of fine malt whiskies to encourage fanciful discussions about the relationship between whisky and art.
