Whiskyland Chapter Thirty 1990 Pittyvaich 35 Year Old 1st Fill Sherry Hogshead Single Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Nose: Soft, earthy tobacco and dark fruits. A wealth of sultana, fig and prune with notes of very old Baco Armagnac and cedar wood.

Palate: The lower ABV works well, everything is super easy, loads of jammy fruits, crystalised honey, fir wood resin and pipe tobacco. Incredibly moreish and old school!

Finish: Medium length, on herbal bitters, wormwood, camphor and waxes. With plenyt more of these luscious dark fruit notes.
