Whiskyland Chapter Sixteen 1997/2005 Highland Park 20 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A multi-vintage Highland Park 20 year old for Whiskyland Chapter Sixteen. Created from a 2005 1st fill sherry hogshead, married with a 1997 refill hogshead. The resulting mix is still pretty sherry-driven, but it's a beautiful example of classical, mature Highland Park. Lots of distillery character in evidence and there are some stunning old style elements to it. Bottled at natural marrying strength.
