Wickwar Flame is the inaugural expression of Sydney-based Independent Bottler Wattle & Heather Whisky. This first-fill McWilliams Apera Cask, sourced from multi-award winning Amber Lane Distillery, is the quintessential ‘Sherry Bomb’. A 57.15% Cask Strength Single Malt that will have you savouring its nose, palate and finish, again and again.

Wickwar Flame derives its name from the native heather of the same name, characterised by its rich, red hue. Our drop imbues that same vibrance from its colour, its phenomenal nose, full-bodied palate and long finish.

Nose: Aromatic and fulsome nose, Strawberry Jam on Buttered Crumpets, Poached Apricot, Leather
