Old Orkney 8 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Nose: A suitbly coastal, fresh and leafy profile, with soft peppery peat smoke, light herbal notes and waxy lemon rind.

Palate: Heathery and richly honeyed, with good waxy backbone, some coal smoke, drying, herbal-tinged peat smoke and more sharp coastal freshness.

Finish: Good length, more emphatically peaty now, lots of salt and peppery savoury drying qualities and more gentle waxy notes.
