Made with single source casks from the Rimon winery, located among the hills of the Galilee.
Originally released as a limited run for the Jewish new year ‘Rosh Hashanah’, it was re-released in 2024 due to overwhelming demand from fans.

Aroma: Toasted walnuts and oak dusted with lavender and cloves, chased by echoes of the telltale sweet and sour funk of pomegranate wine.

Taste: Moreish and pastry-like, fanned by soft fruity tannins.

Finish: Indulgent baked apples and chocolate, flecked with peppery cloves and the warmth of oak.
