Decadent Drams Caol Ila 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

After Art Coooveau comes Art Decooo! This luscious 15 year old, sherried Caol Ila is a sort of sequel to our recent 13 year old first fill sherry Caol Ila. Our beloved Cooonicorn embraces Art Decooo this time and the juice is a v.09 refill sherry hogshead, mixed with a v.10 first fill sherry hogshead and married together for over two years in the v.10 first fill sherry hoggie. We bottled it with slight reduction at our favourite bottling strength of 57.1%. The result is dark, unctuous, tarry matter that will cling to your glass like roof felt and should also be suitable for pitching telegraph poles.
