Nose: Vanilla custard, dessert wines, waxes and lemon oil. Also some green fruits and flower honey. A beautiful profile and a slightly more playful example of Mortlach.

Palate: Rich, waxy, creamy, mouth-coating, naturally sweet, ful of barley sugar, lemon curd, more dessert wines, flower honeys, dried mango and melon. Gorgeous and deadly!

Finish: Long, lemony, waxy, delicately herbal and with more honeys and natural sweetness.
