Palate: Almost on soy sauce, game salami, roast pheasant, natural tar resins and pine woods. Beautifully herbal, full of bitters, roots, celery salt, umami seasonings, Maggi and prune eau de vie. Madness and brilliance on a razor’s edge!

Finish: Very long, herbal, drying, full of mysterious old teas, broths, savoury infusions, soft medicinal notes and spices.
