Deanston Distillery has been fully certified by the Organic Food Federation since 2000, and from grain to glass, this whisky is 100% organic. Non-chill filtered, no added colour an bottled at cask strength 49.7% ABV, this new 2002 Organic American Oak release is a delicious addition to our pioneering lineup of organic single malts and celebrates our ongoing commitment to sustainability and our local community.

Fully matured for 20 years in hand-selected, re-charred American Oak casks delivers our signature Deanston waxy, citrus character. It also ensures the whisky is 100% organic, from grain to glass.

Nose: Sweet notes of vanilla and caramel are intertwined with cedar, wood spice and hints of ripe fruits.
Palate: Rich, yet dry on the palate. Honey spice, stone fruits, toasted oak and a gentle note of freshly cut grass.
Finish: Lingering finish of desiccated coconut and a touch of cocoa.
