Tasting Notes:

This 5-year Kentucky Bourbon has an aroma of brown sugar, lightly carbonated cola, pecan, tootsie roll and cinnamon bread pudding. The palate comes in with cinnamon Red Hots, wood tannin, pecans, churro, guajillo chili, and hints of cinnamon apple crisp. The finish is dry with cinnamon and light oak.

Our goal is to raise $150,000 to go directly to social enterprises that focus on upskilling, training and mentoring the future crew of the industry.
